About the Author
Belinda Tagoe started drawing and painting pictures when she was around 3 or 4 years old. During that time, she was exposed to Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney movies, and Japanese anime. That started her love affair with animation. Although she has never taken any art course at an actual art school, Belinda spent a good 17 to 18 years improving her artwork. The end result was this coloring book, among other pictures she has done. Today, Belinda is a Marketing student at Mercer University of Macon. When she's not drawing or painting, she's reading about meteorology, playing video games, watching cartoons, or keeping up with the real estate industry.

The characters are adorable. I enjoyed coloring them. It's especially relaxing and grabs your attention. I even used the blank pages and my imagination to weave my own story around the detailed pictures. Check it out you'll enjoy it.
I love the idea of an adult coloring book, but every time I have flipped through one at the store, I get exhausted just looking at the intricacies of the pictures. Coloring should be relaxing and fun - something I have not been able to find in other adult coloring books. This coloring book is exactly what I've been looking for - large enough pictures that I can relax and enjoy the coloring without stressing about all the tiny intricate lines, but still challenging enough to keep me interested. Plus cute and humorous to boot! I really enjoyed this coloring book and highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a relaxing, fun, entertaining activity!I received an ARC of this book for an honest, voluntary review.
Coloring book wise I'd give it a 4, but this one has a story? At least that's what it says at the end lol. I couldn't find it. I think if this was supposed to be a coloring story there needed to be text on the pages like other coloring books I've seen do. Because I didn't know the characters or what they were ultimately doing until the synopsis at the end.I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily reviewing.
I was given a free copy to review as part of a voluntary program. I really enjoyed this coloring book. The book tells a story, but each page stands alone, much like the coloring books of my childhood. I've missed those kinds of coloring books. One of the perks to buying an ebook coloring book is that you can print it out as many times as you want and experiment. Colored pencils, crayons, markers, watercolors, different papers, you name it. That's something my childhood coloring books couldn't offer. I want to try some gold or silver foil next. Hours and hours of fun. You're only limited by your imagination!
The back story for this coloring book was cute. At least what I could make out. I enjoyed the family dynamic to the story and think it would resonate with children very well. The art work was generally ok, but the style chosen by the author was not as clearly defined on some pages.I would have enjoyed the back story being printed in the book (one line of text per page).Overall, an entertaining way to pass the time alone or with friends.
In exchange for an honest review, I was given an ARC of this coloring book.It is marketed to be for adults, with the coloring simplicity for children. I definitely agree that this is a light, mindless coloring book (in a good way), that doesn't cause too much thinking like the other adult coloring books. My children did enjoy the coloring pages as well. However, the idea of the storyline was lost and uninteresting for me. I think the idea behind it is excellent, just need a little work on the execution. It is on it's way though!
I received a copy of this wonderful coloring book from Hidden Gems and am voluntarily leaving a review. I downloaded this book, then printed 10 pages for a special 10 year old and I to color. We had a blast. Because elephants can be any color, we were able to unleash some hard-driving creative leanings and we make 10 wonderful pictures. My fridge isn't big enough, but we had a great time of it. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to entertain a child or themselves (as an adult) for hours. All you need are coloring pens or crayons and your imagination
For someone who babysits her grandson, who loves to color I happened to really like this book. The pictures of the elephants were really done well it was so easy for him to color. Maybe there wasn't any words on the pictures but that gave him the ability to add his own take on what was happening in the pictures. If your children enjoy coloring this is a good coloring book. I voluntary reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
